(School for Traditional Vedic learning)

 

The Ashram is running on a modest scale a free school which imparts learning in Vedic rituals, mantras and in the performance of pooja and other temple rituals. There are twelve students in one batch and the course lasts three years. Some of these students reside in the Ashram itself and are thus exposed to a traditional gurukulam life (residing with the Guru in traditional Vedic style) and are provided free boarding and lodging. (School run as per  the State Board Syllabus.)

This school imparts free education in Hindi medium in Arts and Science subjects, to around twenty high school and higher secondary school students (the number varies from year to year). The students are taught from the  7th standard up to the 12th standard as per  the Uttaranchal State Education Board syllabus. Some of these students too reside in the Ashram and are supported with free boarding and lodging by the Ashram and other students are day scholars.
